Stable Space, Firefly Counseling Commons, and Bluebird Therapy Services bring you “Whoa, Girl” a mini-retreat designed for busy women. "Whoa Girl" is a grounding, restorative, and fun evening designed for women who are ready to pause, reconnect, and find their footing again. Set among horses and nature, this peaceful evening offers space to slow down, breathe, and listen inward—while also laughing, connecting, and enjoying the moment. The experience includes a blend of gentle equine-assisted activities, hands-on horse care, creative reflection, a mindful hike through the woods, and a special connection experience with the horses. We’ll provide a hearty, nourishing dinner shared in good company to round out the evening. Whether you’re feeling burnt out, at a crossroads, or simply craving a reset, "Whoa Girl" is your invitation to stop the hustle, reconnect with what matters, and experience some joy along the way.

This retreat is open to all who identify as women, including trans women and nonbinary folks who feel aligned with a feminine experience. We aim to create a welcoming, affirming space where everyone can show up as their full, authentic selves. Come as you are — you belong here!
