We’re seeking a warm, highly skilled, and horse-savvy EAL Professional to join our team. This is a part-time contract role ideal for someone seeking meaningful, flexible work that makes a real impact. You’ll partner with our horses to facilitate ground-based (non-riding) sessions that inspire growth and learning. All clients are provided by Stable Space—no need to bring your own clientele.

  • Build supportive, trusting relationships with participants while prioritizing safety.

  • Catch, groom, and hand-lead horses; ensure their comfort and readiness.

  • Observe and interpret horse behavior to guide meaningful interactions.

  • Care for horses with compassion and respect.

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified or actively pursuing certification in Equine-Assisted Learning (PATH, Eagala, Natural Lifemanship, HERD Institute, ARCHES, etc.).
